As a NOVASOL Homeowner, you get a transparent, all-inclusive agreement made to fulfil our common goals of renting out your holiday home in the best possible way.
It is important to us that you have a clear understanding of what this agreement entails. On this page, we will go through some of the most important components that are within our agreement.
Payment of rent before guest arrival
You will receive payment via bank transfer at the start of the month based on the upcoming bookings of your holiday home within that month.
Payment in case of guest cancellation
By entering into a partnership with NOVASOL you can rest assured that you will always receive the rental income you were expecting each month, even if your guests have to cancel. We guarantee payment of the total rent if a confirmed booking is cancelled within a defined number of days prior to arrival. The amount of days prior to arrival varies from country to country, your local advisors will be able to confirm the exact terms and conditions of payment that relate to you.
Free global marketing of your holiday home
We look after everything that relates to the promotion of your holiday home to potential guests all over the world, including all costs. Among many other things, this includes photography and creating a professional description of your holiday home to be used across a variety of media.
Extensive insurance coverage
We take care of your holiday home and with us, you are automatically covered by our Homeowner insurance and Minor Damage Concept – for free.
Another part of our partnership is that you allow your property to be rented out during an agreed period. You can choose whether you would like to rent out your property for the whole year or just a selected period. Together, you and your adviser [link] can determine a rental period that works for you.
Right of disposition
You can, of course, use your holiday home yourself during periods when it is not rented out. In your personal homeowner page you will be able to block out the periods of time that you would like to use your property so that it may not be booked by anyone else.
We take care of all guest communication and liaison, bookings and payment so that you do not have to spend your time doing paperwork.
Every year, we spend a lot of time analysing trends in the travel industry, guest behaviour and other factors that may affect your rental. Based on our experience and the performance of the past year, we re-evaluate the rental seasons and prices on your holiday home. This ensures that you will always have an up-to-date and competitive rental price that is neither too low; resulting in a lower income for you, nor too high which can cause a lower occupancy rate.
We also use the analysis for determining marketing efforts and create and optimise our concepts designed to increase your rental income.
