This fantastic penthouse with a magnificent view over the Uitgeestermeer is ideal for a nice water sports vacation in North Holland. It offers space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. There is one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. From your apartment you can take your own boat or a rented boat to the lake to explore the area. The apartment has several terraces, so you can enjoy various beautiful views. You can even look out over the water from your bedroom. The living room is very spacious and has several seating areas. The fireplace stove is especially pleasant on cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom. If you book for more than a week, a sloop will be provided on weekdays for part of the day from May to mid-October, depending on weather conditions and availability. Of course, during the sailing season you can also rent a sloop through the marina.
Crib and high chair are available for rent.

Cities such as Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Zaandam and Haarlem are within 25 km. During their stay, many guests also travel to beach destinations such as Castricum and Egmond aan Zee, which are less than a 20-minute drive from your apartment.

The reception may ask for a deposit in some cases.
