On the border of Gelderland and North Brabant, surrounded by the Maas and the Waal lies the old village of Wijk en Aalburg. Directly behind the dike, very close to the old village center is this vacation home. The listed villa from 1851 radiates a nostalgic atmosphere. Whether because of the fireplace or the alcove, this newly renovated vacation home is so cozy that you feel right at home. Due to its many rooms, the vacation home offers enough space and privacy for 11 people. On the ground floor you will find most of the rooms. Among them a game room, a spacious living room and an old cozy sitting area. Also located here is one of the bathrooms with double shower, the kitchen and a hallway. On the second floor there are several spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two more bedrooms are located on the second floor. At the back of the house, the fenced garden offers enough space to enjoy the sunny days. Also, there are the parking spaces and the garage, which is at your disposal. There is no TV in the house. There is a good wifi connection.

The village of Wijk en Aalburg has 6,000 inhabitants and has all the facilities you need during your vacation. In the surrounding area there are fantastic cycling routes and some opportunities for water sports. The nearby ?S-Hertogenbosch is particularly suitable for an excursion. Even with children there is plenty to do there. Visit the play park Nederhemert or the amusement park Efteling. Vacation home Huize Maaszicht and the surrounding area offer all the possibilities for a relaxing and varied vacation!
