The vacation home is located in the recreation park Scherpenhof and at the marina on the IJssel, you can sail from the marina. There is also a fishing pond where you can fish for carp, pike and catfish. Fishing guide Tim will be happy to take you on an expedition. Prices for this are available on site. If you have a fishing pass (VISpas), you are allowed to fish in the entire park. There is also a play beach next to the fishing pond. The recreation park includes an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, bowling alley, slot machines, cafes and a playground. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is only 8 km away.
