This beautifully situated vacation home is inviting and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a door that is only 160 cm high, your children will be very excited about this. In the cozy living room is a sofa bed for two people, maximum occupancy 4 people and 1 extra child up to 4 years. The spacious bathroom has a shower without step, two sinks and a music system. The cottage has a private garden with a furnished terrace. The garden is partially enclosed by a hedge. On site there is also a patio, which is shared with the homeowner.
There is plenty to do for the whole family in the area surrounding the vacation home. A swimming lake is 14 km away, here you can enjoy the sandy beach on warm days. Only 10 km from the vacation home you will find the Hijkerveld, a special nature area for hiking. If you want to enjoy a day of shopping, you will find it in the inviting city center of Assen, it also invites you to relax. The picturesque village of Diever is 19 km away. Here you can admire a dolmen. Oranje is also easily accessible from the vacation home, the city hosts the indoor amusement park, which is an absolute must, especially in rainy weather. A riding school is 7 km away.
The cottage is located near National Park Drens-Friese Wold, which is definitely worth a visit. The unspoiled nature area consists mainly of forest, heath and dunes. From the local lookout tower you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful landscape.
