In the region there are many water sports. Due to the proximity of several lakes, you can take advantage of various water sports here. For example, you can surf and swim on Lake Amstel, sail on Lake Ijssel, three kilometers away, and fish in the Wadden Sea (1 km). The North Sea coast is 25 km away. Indoor swimming pool 5 km. Near Afsluitdijk and only 45 minutes from Amsterdam (50 km). The nature lover can indulge in a mudflat walk or a seal tour. Or enjoy the many colors in the flower fields in spring. Near the vacation home you will find a charging station for electric cars.
