Description

Your vacation apartment Daniela Gemshorn in Saas-Fee is modern and spacious and offers with about 75m2 size enough space for 4 people. Thanks to sunshine and panoramic views of the magnificent Valais mountains, you will certainly be able to quickly get used to the quiet place. The house, with several apartments, is situated in a quiet, central location above the village center and close to the ski area "Stafelwald".
In the functionally furnished open kitchen you will find all amenities for your vacations such as oven, dishwasher, glass ceramic stove with 4 plates, coffee maker and a microwave. In the house itself, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use (for a fee).
Surrounded by mighty 4'000 m high mountains, Saas-Fee is the ideal starting point for all alpine activities and to explore the fantastic mountain world of the region. Saas-Fee is completely car-free, only electric vehicles have access. At the entrance to the village, cars can be parked in the parking lot or in the parking garage for a fee.
As a citizen of the free vacation republic of Saas-Fee, you will receive a citizen pass. It is a value-added guest card that offers all guests of the region numerous attractions, such as free use of the post bus/ski bus in the entire Saas Valley. The citizen's pass is valid from the first overnight stay and on the day of arrival or departure. Summer

In Saas-Fee, 70 well-marked kilometers of bike trails are waiting to be explored by you. Rentals of mountain and e-bikes as well as guided bike tours are possible and can be booked or rented at the Intersport store in Saas-Fee.
During the summer months, a hiking network of over 350 km extends over the entire Saas region. Starting from your Novasol vacation apartment, you can take advantage of the full range. Especially popular with families with children are the themed and adventure trails. On the marmot trail you can, with a little luck, observe and feed the tame marmots. This is also possible in further Switzerland, where you are surrounded by mountains.
Between the villages of Randa and Täsch is the golf course of the Golf Club Matterhorn. At an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level with a view of the Breithorn and Matterhorn, you can play the 9 hole, par 36 course from May to November on a length of 2,931 meters. The terrain is mostly flat and therefore easy to walk.

Winter

A truly magical moment! Saas-Fee is the winter paradise in the vacation homes Valais in the Upper Valais for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages. The region around Saas-Fee is served by around 22 ski lifts and mountain railroads. For skiers and snowboarders, there is a fairytale winter paradise to discover with over 100 km of groomed slopes. Surrounded by a magnificent mountain scenery, which includes 18 four-thousand-meter peaks, the ski area fulfills every wish. In addition, 20 km of winter hiking trails, 8 km of cross-country ski trails, 11 km of toboggan runs and various toboggan runs are available as a multifaceted diversion. Thanks to its location, snow is guaranteed from the end of October until the beginning of May.
Snow-covered trees, wide expanses of snow and a wonderful panorama invite you to extensive snowshoe tours or peaceful winter hikes. Enjoy the tranquility, recharge your batteries and soak up the beauty of nature on one of the winter hikes. The well-maintained hiking trails of the Saas Valley will take you to the most beautiful viewpoints of our region.
