Your vacation apartment Alouette CXIII has been renovated in 2016 and offers the perfect vacation home for you and your family. The apartment on the 3rd floor of the house, has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 x double bed, 1 x 2-bedded room) and a sofa bed in the living/dining room. The large living/dining room with open kitchen where you will find the usual amenities such as dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the house itself you will find a common boot drying room and a ski room to store your boards and skis in winter. The house Alouette is situated in an elevated position near the village square in the district Oberi Gassu, the hiking trails practically pass the house. In this house are also the apartments ZWA923 and ZWA925.
Your advantage: Become a citizen of the free vacation republic of Saas-Fee. The citizen pass is a value-added guest card that offers all guests of the region numerous attractions, such as free use of the post bus/ski bus in the entire Saas Valley. The citizen pass is valid from the first overnight stay as well as on the day of arrival or departure. During the summer months, a hiking network of more than 350 km extends over the entire Saas region. Starting from your Novasol vacation apartment, you can take advantage of the full range. Especially popular with families with children are the themed and adventure trails. On the marmot trail you can, with a little luck, observe and feed the tame marmots. This is also possible in further Switzerland, where you are surrounded by mountains.
In Saas-Fee, 70 well-marked bike trail kilometers are waiting to be explored by you. Rentals of mountain and e-bikes as well as guided bike tours are possible and can be booked or rented at the Intersport store in Saas-Fee.
Between the villages of Randa and Täsch is the golf course of the Golf Club Matterhorn. At an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level with a view of the Breithorn and Matterhorn, you can play the 9 hole, par 36 course from May to November on a length of 2,931 meters. The terrain is mostly flat and therefore easy to walk.

In addition, 20 km of winter hiking trails, 8 km of cross-country ski trails, 11 km of toboggan runs and various toboggan runs are available as a multifaceted diversion. Thanks to its location, snow is guaranteed from the end of October until the beginning of May.
Snow-covered trees, wide expanses of snow and a wonderful panorama invite you to extensive snowshoe tours or peaceful winter hikes.
