This cozy furnished vacation apartment ?Gredetsch? has a living area of 68 m² and is located on the first floor of the house. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the apartment offers a separate living / dining and kitchen area and has space for a total of 6 people. The large living and dining area offers enough space to spend the evenings on the comfortable sofa by the fireplace (pellet). You can prepare local specialties in the top equipped kitchen, it has an electric stove with oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Moreover, on the 150 m² shared garden you will find a sitting area with a barbecue and garden furniture, just switch off and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. The upper floor of the vacation home ?Gredetsch? is used from time to time by the house owner.
Important in winter: In case of snowfall snow chains are needed to reach the house. And in case of heavy snowfall a general parking place downstairs (against payment) should be used (500 meters away).
