This modernly furnished, wood-lined holiday home, Chalet Ann, is located in the beautiful Haute Nendaz. With the quiet location and the view, you will quickly feel at home here.

The house was built in 2012 and offers 180 m² and 3 floors, enough space for a total of 8 people. Chalet Ann has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The large living and dining area with an open kitchen offers enough space to end the evenings on the cozy sofa by the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric stove with oven, coffee machine and dishwasher as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave. From the large living and dining area you can go directly outside onto the balcony. Or you can enjoy the day in the 100 m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue, whether on the balcony or in the garden, the breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley is pure relaxation. There is a slide for the children and plenty of space to play.
The holiday home, Chalet Ann, has 2 parking spaces, which are located on the street. The stairs take you directly to the holiday home.

Summer

Nendaz is part of the 4 Valleys holiday region and is located in the beautiful Valais, which is blessed with around 300 days of sunshine a year. Especially in the warm summer months, the magnificent alpine world can be enjoyed in an incomparable way. Here you will find endless hiking trails and also some routes specially set up for mountain bikers. You can also go on an all-terrain scooter ride with the whole family during the summer holidays in Switzerland (July and August). In addition to having fun rushing down, this route offers a clear view of the Matterhorn and Dent-Blanche.
And while you are already there, visit the Grande Dixence, is the highest heavyweight dam in the world, the height of the retaining wall of 285 m is unchallenged to this day. After you have seen everything, it is worth taking a walk around the reservoir.

Winter

The 4 Valleys around Nendaz is specially created for children and even has a snow kindergarten. There are also numerous winter hiking trails for your winter holidays in Valais, as well as 60 km of classic and skating trails for cross-country skiers, just waiting to be tried out.
You should also visit Thyon, which is part of the Val d’Hérens and thus part of the “Four Valleys” ski area with around 40 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Ski fans from all over the world cavort here, in the heart of the Valais, every winter. The huge ski arena extends from Veysonnaz and the adjacent "les-Collons-Thyon-2000" via Nendaz, the Mont-Fort (3330m) to Verbier and La Tzoumaz. 95 systems ensure that you are catapulted back up after a rapid downhill run into the valley
For freestylers, the Thyon Central Park, one of the most famous snow parks in the Valais mountains, offers a lot to let off steam and try out. From beginners to professionals, everyone will find their place here.
