Description

This beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor holiday duplex is located in the western part of the Costa del Sol, close to the town of Sabinillas and the beautiful port of Duquesa. The complex "Jardines de Manilva" offers a fenced community pool, just 10 meters from the apartment terrace. The gated complex has a parking space in front of the apartment and is only 300 m from the beach.

The apartment is distributed over 2 floors. You enter the apartment on the ground floor via a small hallway. The fully equipped separate kitchen and living / dining room are on located this floor. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, a TV with IPTV and a DVD player. From here you have access to the south-facing terrace and the lawn. The terrace has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and 4 loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The terrace overlooks the pool. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the guest bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

A staircase takes you to the first floor to the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has a TV with a DVD player. This room also has a small terrace and makes use of the guest bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a private south-facing terrace and an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot and cold air). There are also additional electric wall heaters for a pleasant stay during winter.
