Description

This lovely modern villa is perched on the rocky south coast, close to the sea front. Through the large glass facades facing the sea, the modern duplex house benefits from a minimalist style and a bright and sunny atmosphere.

The comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) and the covered terrace offer an unrestricted sea view over the pool and towards the island of Cabrera. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.

To the south of Mallorca is the urban area of Cala Pi, which is built around the same bay. The beach is at the end of the bay similar to fjord and can be reached from Cala Pi via a staircase. Since the place is in a low-lying area between the cliffs, it is shaded even during the daytime in summer.

N.B. From 1st June to 30th September, no non-familial groups with members under 30 years will be allowed.
