This Leopoldian farmhouse dates back to the 18th Century, and is located a mere 600m from the village of Badia (half-way between Arezzo and Siena). The property has been renovated but naturally all of the characteristics have been preciously preserved. The house still boasts original features such as terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, furniture and interior elegant traditional furnishings. The ground-floor offers a small loggia with oven and built-in barbecue, a living-room with fireplace, and kitchen with access onto the terrace. There are also two bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms) one of which offers direct access to the terrace whilst the other is especially suited for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there are a further 5 double bedrooms, each of them with private bathroom. Air conditioning with individual thermostat has been installed in each room (payable locally). In the large (5000 m2), private, fully fenced garden you will find the salt water pool (6x12, open from 15/5 to 15/10) in a sunny and panoramic position, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Places of interest include: Montevarchi 16 km, Arezzo 26 km, Gaiole in Chianti 34,6 km, Siena 49 km, and Florence 64,4 km. Please note: the house has to be accessed via 100 m private dirt track in good conditions.
