Spacious covered verandas at the front and side of the house allow you to relax on comfortable deck chairs and dine al fresco. Outside, there is also an area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. An external storage room is reserved for the owner. The house consists of a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower. All rooms are air conditioned. Located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse, it offers an excellent position to visit the beauties of Syracuse (60 km) with its historical past, Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla for the baroque art of Val di Noto, Pozzallo and Marzamemi with many eateries, not to mention the sea life, the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. From a scenic point of view, be sure to visit Vendicari, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Correnti Island and Pantalica. Moreover, the house is located a few hundred meters from the hamlet of Favara, where a swimming pool, tennis courts and other various activities are accessible for a fee.
