This beautiful vacation home, surrounded by greenery and with a private pool, is located about 1.5 km from the crystal clear sea of the Iblea coast, between Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa. In front of the house there is a pleasant corner with exotic plants that decorate the spacious veranda with wicker armchairs, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, a TV and a minibar. From the dining room you enter a spacious living room (about 30 m2) with a glass wall and a view of the greenery, where there are two sofa beds (suitable for children up to 13 years) and a TV corner (50 inches). Another outdoor area at the back of the building is equipped with a barbecue area, a veranda with kitchenette and a large table, ideal for outdoor dining together. To cool off in the hottest hours, the beautiful saltwater pool (maximum depth 1.50 m) awaits you, which is especially impressive in the evening, and is the highlight of the accommodation. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system. Punta Secca, Punta Braccetto, Kaucana and Marina di Ragusa are the "pearls" of the Iblea coast and are all within a radius of about 4 km. The house is therefore an excellent starting point for those who want to explore the entire Iblea coast, famous not only for its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, but also for the impressive cliffs. For those who want to visit the treasures of Baroque architecture, the most interesting places such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, etc. are just a few dozen kilometers away and can be quickly reached by car, while Noto and Syracuse are about 80 km away.
