Just 50 m from the beach on the Mediterranean side of the coast of Scarpitta, near Pachino (6 km) is this pleasant villa.

In the nice and spacious outdoor areas equipped with barbecue and veranda you can spend your moments of relaxation even in the hottest hours. The outdoor shower will be perfect when you come back from the beach.

The house is on two floors, connected by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room with kitchen there is a further room with a second kitchen equipped as a tea room, where you can relax in the company of a good book. In the house you will also find a practical beach kit (two parasols and four deckchairs) for your moments in the nearby sandy beach.

The area around Pachino is characterized by the cultivation of the famous tomatoes in the greenhouse, which you can taste in every typical restaurant of the area together with many fish specialties. The area around Pachino and the maritime village of Marzamemi are located on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, at the confluence of the two seas: the Ionian blue and the Mediterranean with emerald waters.

The beautiful and ancient city of Syracuse is about 70 km, while Modica, famous for its Baroque architecture and the chocolate is about 40 km. For lovers of art and architecture of the Baroque period, you can not miss a trip to Ragusa Ibla (50 km).
