This holiday home with large and well-kept garden is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa.

The outdoor spaces are furnished with wicker sitting areas, wooden table and chairs for lunch or dinner under a cool bamboo canopy.

The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In addition to offering five bikes (included in the rate), the owner can also organize a "home cooking" service on request and against payment, the rental of a 16-meter sailboat (three cabins) for excursions with professional skipper, these services are to be agreed and paid for on site.
