Nestled in a 10000 m² plot with olive trees, on a small rocky promontory at the entrance of Ispica (1 km), lies this beautiful part of a two-family house. An area with children's games and the pool are exclusively available. Part of the property is reserved for the homeowner and not accessible to guests, but all outdoor facilities are at your private disposal (swimming pool, terraces, play area, barbecue, garden furniture, etc.). The kitchen leads to two outdoor verandas furnished with wooden and wicker furniture where you can relax. On the upper floor there is a dining room with panoramic views, a second eat-in kitchen and two more beautiful verandas overlooking the town of Ispica. From there you can admire the three main monuments of this town. Behind the town you can see the coast up to Noto Marina, the island of Isola delle Correnti and the island of Porri (the sea is about 4.5 km away). Outside there are two large covered terraces with oven and barbecue. This accommodation is an excellent starting point to visit the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse. In fact, Scicli, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Pozzallo and Comiso are within 25 km and Noto, Porto Palo and Syracuse are within 40 km. For those who, besides a cultural vacation, want to spend a few days on the splendid Iblee coast, the beaches of golden sand and crystal clear waters are about 4.5 km away.
