Between Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, in a residential area, lies this vacation home with private pool, surrounded by well-kept green areas. The living room - dining room has sliding glass windows overlooking the pool area. From the kitchen, which also faces the pool area, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine with an additional double bed. Outside there is a large covered porch (about 150 m²) with tables, chairs, sofas and a barbecue area, as well as a second kitchen with a sink for cooking on hot summer days. The pool is surrounded by lawn and tall trees. The lawn is also equipped for children with various games (slide, swing and playhouse). Outside there is also a cabin with shower (hot and cold) and another bathroom with a laundry room. Here you are in the area between Marina di Ragusa (2.5 km) and Donnalucata (1.5 km), about 800 meters from a crystal clear sea and a fine golden beach. Marina di Ragusa is located in the context of the Iblee beaches and offers all kinds of services, local restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors and a majestic marina. Donnalucata is a small fishing village that has grown a lot in recent years also as a tourist destination, but still maintains a characteristic atmosphere, with the morning market with freshly caught fish, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets. The house is in a strategic position to visit the areas of Ibleo-Baroque with the towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso, which are within 20 km. To the charming cities of Catania, Siracusa and Noto are about 100 km.
