Description

Beautiful detached house with private pool in the nature reserve of the Belice estuary, a protected area in which sand dunes and areas overgrown with Mediterranean vegetation alternately combine with impressive views. The long sandy beaches with crystal clear water are reminiscent of tropical beaches.

The house is surrounded by a large and well-tended garden of over 2500 m², which is bordered by thick vegetation and a high wall for maximum privacy for the guests. In addition to the swimming pool, guests can use a fitness area and relax in the beautiful orchard behind the house and prepare delicious dinners thanks to the barbecue and wood stove in the garden. You can relax on the large covered terraces with sofas, tables and rocking chairs.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed with an anteroom with a double and a single bed and a third bathroom. Another bathroom is outside and easily accessible from the pool. There is also an outside shower there. In the back of the house there is a huge covered terrace, which is closed by movable panels with an outdoor kitchen and a fitness area.

The house has private access to the sea that is shared with some houses in the area but is closed to the public. A few kilometres away is the wonderful Selinunte with the largest archaeological park in Europe, Agrigento with the Valley of the Temples, the famous thermal baths of Acqua Pia and Marsala with the impressive salt pans. Not to be forgotten is the golf club.

Note: Due to a gravel road about 1 km, the use of sports cars or particularly low cars is not recommended.
