The house is located 4 km from Castellamare del Golfo with its ancient Arab-Norman castle guarding the port. It offers very welcoming interiors furnished with care and is on two levels: on the raised ground floor there is an open space with a kitchen area and a large living room, very bright thanks to the large windows that allow you to admire the spectacular panorama.

The kitchen area leads to a panoramic veranda overlooking the pool. On this level there is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the bedrooms: a very bright double bedroom with a panoramic terrace, a bedroom with a French Lit and a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Outside are a barbecue area, outdoor shower, large panoramic sun terrace and swimming pool.

The "Tonnara of Scopello" is at 6 km and the magnificent village of Scopello at 9 km. The Guida Loca beach is 4 km from here. Do not miss to visit The Riserva dello Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo at 40 km. This is the perfect location to explore the beauties of northern Sicily.
