Beautiful vacation idyll in a very quiet area in the village of Quartu Sant'Elena near Cagliari.

Here you live in a relaxed atmosphere and only a few minutes by car from the sea. The semi-detached house is distributed on two levels, from the upper open terrace you have a beautiful view over the sea and a garden where you can also use a barbecue.

The first floor, where two of the three bedrooms are located, can be reached by two spiral staircases. The ceiling height is partly a bit low on the second floor because of a sloping roof.
