Vacation apartment in a medieval tower with panoramic terrace, located in the old town of Marino and only 25 km from Rome. The picturesque hamlet of Marino is part of the famous Castelli Romani area, an area of castles and papal residences (including the beautiful Castel Gandolfo). The village is not far from Lake Albano and is an ideal destination for those who want to experience the typical atmosphere of a small Roman village or explore Rome and the Lazio coast. The Italian capital is only 30 km away. The famous local wine is celebrated on the occasion of the Wine Festival on the 1st Sunday of October (on this day wine flows from the village fountains). The apartment is located in the center of the village and on the tower there is a terrace equipped with table and deckchairs, inviting you to relax and have meals outside. From here the view is breathtaking: besides Rome and all the surrounding small villages, on a clear day you can even see the sea in the distance. Your apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) and consists of entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower (ventilation flap), living room with fireplace and suspended floor. On the hanging floor, which is reached by a steep wooden staircase unsuitable for small children, there is a double bed and a French bed.
