The area is suitable for those who love skiing: 13 km away is Courmayeur with downhill ski slopes which extend in front of the Mont Blanc chain; 16 km La Thuile which, thanks to the international connection with the French station of La Rosiére, is part of the Espace San Bernardo and is able to offer 160 km of slopes with a single ski pass, suitable for expert and beginner skiers. La Salle offers long paths for those who love walking and trekking and here an excellent white wine is produced from local vineyards.
