Griante, thanks to its geographical position in the central area of the lake and in front of the promontory of Bellagio, offers its visitors a breathtaking view. From Griante runs the so-called "Greenway of Lake Como" a footpath of about 10 km long ? it leads its visitors through the towns of Mezzegra, Lenno, Sala Comacina up to Colonno, offering beautiful, colorful and flowery landscapes and a beautiful view of the lake. For sports lovers: water sports and boat rental. At 300 meters is the landing stage for boat / hydrofoils and ferries, active all year round with the possibility to easily and comfortably reach the beautiful places around the lake.

The apartments are distributed over four floors.
