San Costanzo with its hamlet Cerasa is a small village in the hills above Fano, immersed in the beautiful Marche countryside rich in colours and flavours.

Just outside the small town, in a recent residential area of terraced houses, we find this beautiful holiday home on several levels. On the first floor a living room with kitchen overlooking a comfortable covered terrace where you can also have lunch, double bedroom and bathroom. Through an internal staircase you reach the attic floor with a large room with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. At the entrance a small garden.

Strategic position in the hinterland of Fano from where you can easily reach the Adriatic Sea (8 km), Pesaro, beautiful town rich in history and culture and home to the summer event dedicated to the musician Rossini (10km). Very interesting may be the excursions to Urbino Renaissance city 50 km away, Rimini and Riccione with their amusement parks suitable for the whole family 30/40 km.

For more demanding excursions but still accessible in one day, Ancona with the wonderful beaches of Conero 40 km or Florence reachable in about three hours by car.
