Epinel is located 1,452 m.a.s.l. in the beautiful Aosto Valley and only 3 km from Cogne, a place that is an excellent starting point for excursions, not least to the Gran Paradiso National Park, where you will find the only mountain in Italy that measures more than 4,000 meters in height and that offers impressive mountain tours. The surrounding area is not only ideal for skiing and Nordic walking, but also for those interested in culture, to whom we recommend a visit to the beautiful city of Aosta with its countless Roman monuments, such as the famous Arch of Augustus and the ring walls, or the castles in Fénis (44 km) or Issogne (63 km). Well-deserved relaxation, on the other hand, can be found in the thermal baths of Saint Vincent, about 52 km away. Turin airport is about 144 km away. A bus stop with free shuttle service to Cogne is located 50 meters away.
