This beautiful holiday apartment is located 13 km from Belluno, in an apartment building and in the natural setting of Mount Nevegal, a strategic point for sportsmen, but at the same time excellent starting point for trips to visit Venetian cities of art (Venice, Treviso, Cortina are only an hour's drive). The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase. Within less than 100 km you can reach the Falcade - San Pellegrino Pass (74 km), with some of the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski; the district of Mount Civetta (60 km) with over 80 km of slopes suitable for every skill level; Cortina d'Ampezzo (76 km) with 130 km of slopes; up to the glaciers of the Marmolada (80 km), the highest peak of the Dolomites (3342 meters) with the longest ski slope in the Dolomites (13 km) in addition to the cableway that allows you to reach 3250 meters to admire an incredible panorama in the Dolomites. In the summer, Mount Nevegal is a paradise for mountain biking and downhill.
