The house owners have deliberately maintained the ancient appearance of the accommodation with a beaten earth floor on the ground floor and wooden beams on the upper floor.

But, as opposed to the essentiality of the house, you can enjoy at any time of the day the luxury of a Finnish sauna or the hay bath sauna in the wellness center (located at 50 m), or enjoy the wonderful landscape from a heated tub (by reservation, price to be agreed with the owner), or sunbathe in the panoramic solarium or, on the grayest days, relax in the reading room.

This is an excellent starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle, following routes for mountain biking or Nordic walking, but also for visiting the Dolomites in the province of Belluno (a little over an hour away are Marmolada and Civetta) or the cities of art such as Mel (12 km), one of the most beautiful historical towns in Italy, up to all the splendid cities of Venetian art (Belluno 20 km, Treviso 60 km, Venice, Padua and Vicenza 100 km).

Those who love sports will find here their ideal destination, in addition to the French bowls in the sand field near the house, bicycle and hiking, you can practice windsurf and kitesurf at Lake Santa Croce (30 km), kayak and canyoning in the many streams and fly with the hang glider and paragliding from the Serva and Dolada mountains. The house is on two floors connected by a wooden staircase.

Do not miss a trip to the Prosecco hills, which wind between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, enjoying the beauty of the area and the excellent wine. If you love beer in Pedavena (30 km) is a historic brewery famous throughout Europe.
