Beautiful holiday house in Scario in the middle of the “Parco Nazionale del Cilento”, subdivided into the main villa and two annexes and which owns a beautiful view over the sea between Palinuro and Maratea. Being subdivided into 3 different buildings, this large holiday accommodation is particularly suitable for a big family or a large group of friends who like to pass their holiday together but from time to time desire to maintain some kind of privacy: the house and the beautiful pool area are surrounded by different terraces and numerous sitting areas where you can relax and retire from the rest of the group. A small brook with crystal clear water passes nearby the holiday house. The position of the property is ideal for all those who like to organize some trips to the beautiful seaside resorts and touristic attractions of the whole Cilento area. The Cilento is situated in the south Italian region of Campania, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Vallo di Diano in the east offering abt. 100 km of coast, hills and mountains and abt. 200 tiny, mostly medieval hamlets. From the harbor of Scario you can make a boat trip to the beautiful “Punta degli Infreschi” which is not far away from Marina di Camerota. In the surroundings you will discover several small beaches and secret bays, and you will surely find your favourite one for the rest of your stay. Do not miss to visit the cave called “Grotta dell’Acqua” in Scario, an amazing cave which you will reach after a longer walk through the nature. Further interesting destinations for a day trip: the wonderful seaside resort of Palinuro at abt. 30 km, Maratea at 35 km and, in the north of the Cilento, the archeological site of Paestum (abt. 85 km) with three of the most important Greek temples. Upon request and payment on the spot a 2. and 3. baby bed may be available. The house owners who live in a third annex on the same grounds, but with independent entrance, are available for preparing typical, local food for their guests (upon request and payment on the spot).
