In addition to the pool, from which you can admire a relaxing view over the valley and the woods, there is a bowling/ basketball field (lit at night), table tennis and a small children's play area with a swing. The quite location and the wide outside area make this property suitable for families with children. In a nearby independent house lives the caretaker, who takes care of maintenance of the property and has two pet dogs, on request the dogs can be kept in a fenced area. The locality is renowned for the production of truffles (truffle- festival in October) and the geographical location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Marche region, which is rich in culture. If you wish to spend a day by the sea, Fano and the equipped beaches of the Adriatic sea are within 70 km. The Republic of San Marino is 48 km from here and ideal for an interesting day trip.
