A large swimming pool with whirlpool corner is located in the communal area of the residence, which also offers a bar and a playground for children. An animation team entertains customers in the swimming pool area in July and August. Just 4 km from here is the Archaeological Area of Paestum with its Greek-Roman temples. At 400 m is the natural reserve of Foce Sele-Tanagro.
