Enchanting detached holiday home with swimming pool and panoramic view of the Monferrato vineyards. The "Quercin" cottage is located on a dominant hill with a breathtaking open panorama. The view over the Monferrato hills extends to the Alps, embellished by the vineyards of the great Piedmontese wines; at dawn the sight can reach up to the mounts Monviso and Monte Rosa. You will have at your disposal a large garden of about 1000 square meters surrounding the entire house and an equipped children area with swing and slide. In this property you can spend your holidays with your inseparable four-legged friend! Tips for your tours in the surroundings: Asti (30 Km), with a beautiful water park, a renowned festival in September (the “Palio”), the colorful market. Acqui Terme (30 Km), where you can visit both the thermal baths and the golf club open all year round (9 holes). In June you can experience a festival in Agliano Terme (6.5 km), a food and wine review that allows you to get to know the local products and especially the wonderful Barbera wine from the local winemakers. In July, in the splendid town of Barolo (50 km), a musical festival takes place with four days of meetings and non-stop concerts in the squares of Barolo, surrounded by the hills of the Langhe. From October to November in Alba (37 Km) there is the International White Truffle Fair; on Sundays this event is enriched with various shows, concerts, entertainment, exhibitions. Not to mention Turin (83 Km), where you can dive into culture and traditions and visit the Festival of the East held in March.
