Here you are just 17 km from Rovigo and 45 from Ferrara: a strategic position to visit the beautiful cities of Veneto and Emilia Romagna. The house has plenty of space and is on two floors connected by a staircase. In the cooler seasons the fireplace in the living room will warm up your evenings and, in the summer, you will particularly love the gazebo under which you can dine after cooking in the equipped outdoor kitchen with fireplace and barbecue, while your children play in the garden. From here there are two cycle paths that run along the river Po and the Adige and on the nearby Euganean Hills you can go hiking or mountain biking. The area is ideal for visiting the fascinating cities of Ferrara (45 km), Padua (57 km), Verona and Venice (95 km), as well as many wonderful little medieval villages. Spend a relaxing day at the Abano and Montegrotto Terme spas or sunbathe on the long beach of Rosolina (60 km). At 50 km the Po Delta park offers fantastic naturalistic excursions and the possibility of fishing. In an hour's drive you can also reach Lake Garda with its amusement parks and its wonderful villages. And after a day full of emotions, it will be nice to return to the tranquility of this house and take a swim in your pool. The house owner lives in the house next door.
