This holiday house is the right place for you if you wish to escape from the confusion and find a peaceful refuge in the beautiful landscape of the mountains on the border between the Belluno and the Trentino Dolomites.

The village of San Donato, reachable via 8 km through the woods (narrow and winding mountain road), is not far from Feltre (24 km), Castello Tesino (21 km) and Fiera di Primiero (21 km). The house is an excellent starting point for excursions to discover the region Veneto with its splendid cities of art (Venice 120 km, Vicenza and Treviso 85 km, Belluno 55 km) and Trentino with its mountains and numerous lakes.

In the garden you can sunbathe or have dinner while admiring the stars. To the delight of your children, in the vicinity the owners run a mini farm with farm animals that will provide you with fresh eggs, while in a small vegetable garden you can collect seasonal vegetables. From the house you can go on excursions on foot or by mountain bike following the marked "Tesino bike" routes.

In winter, the offer for ski lovers is wide: at 20 km the Lagorai with Passo Broccon where you can practice downhill skiing and snowboarding; at 35 km is the San Martino di Castrozza - Passo Rolle ski area; at 20 km the district of Monte Avena.

In summer the favorable air currents make Mount Avena the ideal launching base for paragliding and hang gliding enthusiasts; while in the valley you can practice canyoning and, if you love water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing, you will find many lakes nearby: Corlo 20 km, Lake Levico and Caldonazzo 50 km, Lake Calaita, 40 km, Lake Santa Croce 75 km.
