This charming 17th century semi-detached house is located 1 km from Pella and offers (from the second floor) a beautiful view of Lake Orta and the island of San Giulio, as well as a Turkish bath to relax in. The house, protected by the Academy of Fine Arts, is located in the ancient village of Monte San Giulio and consists of two entrances from the garden, a first floor with large kitchen with pizza oven, living room with fireplace and toilet. A wooden and stone staircase leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms with access to a balcony and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with balcony and lake view, a large open living room that leads to both the bathroom with bath and Turkish bath with color therapy. From a small attic, which serves as an observatory, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of San Giulio and Lake Orta. At the entrance of the accommodation you can admire an 18th century "Annunciation". Via the path that starts at the house, reach Pella sul Lago at 1 km (or 4 km by car). On Monte San Giulio there are several trails used in summer for the lake marathon, ideal for hiking or mountain biking. The lake also offers small relaxing beaches, opportunities for horseback riding, boating, sailing, surfing, water skiing, diving, rafting, excursion to the island. Skiing in winter at Alagna (60 km), Arona (25 km) and Gozzano (10 km).
