The accommodation is located in the Grimaldi complex, a former castle of the ruling family on Montecarlo of which it retains its architectural charm, with a panoramic view of the sea that sweeps over the coast of Cap Martin, the city of Menton and the Principality of Monaco.

The two-family house with private access, blends in with the vast shared property (20.000 m²). The tower has a private belvedere terrace on the roof, from which, while tasting a typical dinner, you can enjoy an unmissable sunset. The tower is accessed by a typical staircase that will lead you to the entrance on the terrace, from here you enter the kitchen. Being a tower, each room has its floor with a sea view. On the ground floor there is an open double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, on the second floor the living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine with a bed.

On the last floor is a beautiful terrace with a priceless view over the entire coast. The accommodation is part of an exclusive estate with numerous common areas where it is possible to admire various botanical rarities. Reserved parking space at the entrance of the house.
