Here you occupy part of a semi-detached house about 6 km from the center of Teramo, on a hill overlooking the Gran Sasso - mountain. At your disposal a spacious garden with ancient trees and a second terrace with barbecue and view of the hills. From here you can easily reach the Adriatic coast with its sandy beaches and various places in the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, where you can enjoy pleasant walks along the marked trails or on the shores of Lake Campotosto, a perfect combination for a vacation between sea and mountains! Besides the historical center of Teramo, dominated by the medieval cathedral, you can visit nearby picturesque villages, such as the fortress of Civitella, Castelli with its ceramic art or the Isola del Gran Sasso at the foot of the homonymous mountain. In summer, the surrounding villages host many festivals where you can taste local food and wine. The owners are happy to offer seasonal tastings of some of their own products. The house consists of two independent units with separate entrances, one of which is occupied by the owners. Unpaved access road of 400 m.
