Functional holiday apartment on the first floor of a beautiful semi-detached house, just 4 km from Lake Como and the city. At guests' disposal is a large garden of 900 m² (shared only with the owners) and a gazebo equipped with barbecue under which you can dine in the silence interrupted only by the sound of the river flowing nearby. The garden, which is accessed from the outside, also offers a large parking area covered by a canopy. From the house there are several paths for excursions towards the mountain and at 4 km the funicular starts towards Brunate, from where several paths branch off, although the most famous is the “camminata delle baite” with a wonderful view of the lake. The proximity to the lake offers you the opportunity to practice water sports: windsurfing, kite-surfing, canoeing, diving or renting a boat. Or you can take the boat to simply make the tour of the surroundings of Como and visit the wonderful villages, villas and promenades along the coast. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the many equipped beaches: the beach of Villa Olmo, Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Argegno, Bellagio, Careno, Lezzano. The walks along the lake are spectacular: the Greenway is a beautiful 10 km route that winds along the center of the lake, with the possibility of returning by boat or bus; Enjoy the walk in Spina Verde from Camerlata to San Fermo, with a visit to the Baradello Castle, particularly loved by children. At 7 km the small lake of Montorfano will offer an uncontaminated landscape. If you love history and culture, starting from Como, even by train, you can quickly reach the Milan (50 km), Bergamo (50 km), Varese (50 km) and Lugano (36 km).
