This former mill is now a holiday home, ideal for guests who seek closeness to nature. The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining-living room and terrace (separate entrance). From the other side you have access to another small kitchen and a living room with a bathroom. On the 1st and 2nd floor are the bedrooms with bathrooms. The large plot follows the watercourse; outdoor seats with barbecue, lawn and private natural basin with waterfall. Within walking distance is a restaurant, where the house owners serve local food at reasonable prices. Worth visiting are the medieval towns of Mercatello (8 km), S. Angelo in Vado (13 km), Sansepolcro (26 km) and Urbino (40 km). The Adriatic coast at Fano (85 km) is ideal for spending a relaxing day by the sea. Baby bed on request. Arrivals are possible between 4 pm - 7 pm only.
