To encourage outdoor living, the inviting swimming pool with a sunken seating area is a great place to relax and cool off from the Greek sunshine or alternatively you may wish to simply laze on one of the comfortable sun beds. The stunning barbecue area, is ideal for dining al fresco and is also accompanied with a refrigerator for refreshments as well as a stereo system. The list of outdoor amenities does not end there, with the villa also having access to a multi-sport court as well as a children’s play area for younger members. Inside on the ground level, there is a grand dining area, spacious fully equipped kitchen overlooking the beautiful barbecue area as well as a modern sitting area with access to a SMART TV. You will also find the luxurious master bedroom and two further bedrooms on this floor, all with access to their own ensuite. On the first floor you will find a mezzanine office and an extra king-size bedroom as well as a reading area and a library ideal for relaxing moments.
