Built in 2019, the owners have combined a lovely traditional feel with all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay, the one storey villa has a sturdy brick exterior and pretty green shutters offering a warm welcome. Inside, the theme is continued with exposed brick walls acting as a backdrop to the smart contemporary decor including whitewashed wooden rafters, an elegant chandelier and velvet coloured sofa in the main living and dining areas, and a practical kitchen space, blessed with large patio doors that open onto the swimming pool terrace. Leading off from the main living room is the double bedroom, also benefitting from patio doors onto the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a seperate shower area.The Trapezaki region is a green valley full of olive groves, fields and orchards that stretch down to the coastline with Trapezaki sandy beach a fifteen minute drive boasting a beachside taverna closeby. Simple lanes criss cross the verdant countryside with a selection of tavernas and mini-markets spread out amongst them, while neighbouring Lourdas is a 10 minute drive with watersports and a bigger choice of eateries and shops.With beautiful views looking out to sea, this property's pool is in the perfect location. Please be mindful of the open drop surroundings and do not stand, sit, or walk along the edge itself. The use of inflatables is not recommended in this pool type.
