A splendid spot for beach lovers, Romeo is a ten minute walk from the beach, as well as restaurants and shops. Brand new and finished last year, this smart modern villa is notable for its swimming pool and terrace taking pride of place at the front of the villa. This allows the light to flood in through the patio doors that open out from the spacious main living, dining and kitchen areas. The relaxing atmosphere is highlighted by the sleek lines of the minamalist decor, uncluttered and airy, the inside easily merges into the outside with a covered dining area perfect for dining al fresco. Each bedroom leads onto a patio and there are two modern power showers.Reclining on the sunloungers around the pool and admiring the views is a really great way to wind down, but venturing further afield, Svoronata comes into its own, a lovely region of fields, orchards and olive groves hugging the shoreline. The choice of beaches is impressive, with Ai Helis, Ammos and Avithos beaches all offering sandy bays and a beachside taverna or two. A twenty minute drive away is Lassi a peaceful beach resort and a further 10 minutes is Argostoli the Capital of the island. With a selection of sophisticated eateries as well as traditional tavernas, a harbourside vegetable, fruit and fish market, and a lovely pedestrianised street of shops, it is well worth a visit. Romeo offers a peaceful haven, with plenty of options!
