This lovely one bedroom villa has all the qualities for a trouble free relaxing holiday situated between Ai Helis and Ammes beaches right on your doorstep! A mini market for essentials, some family tavernas and the sandy beach are all within walking distance, whilst a stroll along the beach at sunset is a particular favourite of ours. The cubist whitewashed exterior has all the classic hallmarks of a Greek villa and inside the subtle tones of taupe, beige and grey complement the minimalist style and ambience of this perfect holiday home. The living area has comfy sofas and a compact kitchen and dining area with free laundry service on offer and the splendid double bedroom with an ensuite shower room opens onto the pool terrace. The swimming pool and terrace is spacious for days in the sunshine. Svonronata is a lovely green area covered in fields, orchards and olive groves with narrow tracks leading to other beaches nearby such as Ai Helis, Avithos and Ammos, what a great choice to have. Argostoli the Capital of Kefalonia is a fifteen minute drive with a great selection of shops in the pedestrianized streets and smart bars and coffee shops spread around the newly renovated main square.The property features an infinity pool with a view of the garden. Please be mindful not to sit, stand or walk on the infinity edge. We advise that inflatables should not be used in this pool type.
