The exterior of this comfortable villa uses local stone from the area, whilst in front the charming swimming pool and terrace are even more inviting with a glamorous day bed to relax on. A handy barbecue provides endless opportunities for al fresco dining, enjoying the sea views and peaceful ambience. Inside, on the ground floor is the main living, dining and open plan kitchen areas designed with contemporary tasteful décor and a king sized bedroom with a shower room next door. On the first floor is a second bathroom and a second reception area with seating and a kitchenette, ideal for larger groups wanting to spread out and enjoy the extra spaces. The king-size and twin bedrooms each have a private balcony enjoying the splendid sea vistas. A thirty minute walk or five minute drive away is pretty Stoupa village with plenty of traditional tavernas and upmarket eateries, shops and café-bars. The main town beach is down on the harbour front and a further five minute drive is Kalogria beach with a beachfront restaurant and organised sunbeds and umbrellas and water sports. The tiny hamlets of Agios Nicolaous and Dimitrios and Karadymli are within a 15 minute drive, full of character with charming harbour fronts and beaches to explore. The timelessness of Greece weaves its magic here in the Peloponnesian countryside perfect for a relaxing, stress free holiday!
