This modern smartly designed villa is on the outskirts of the tiny hamlet of Klismata with a mini market a 5 minute walk. Set off a small country road running through the pretty village with red roofs surrounded by greenery, it leads down to Klismatisias Beach a10 minutes drive away, the sophisticated grey two storey exterior has box trees leading up to the front door with the main living, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor blending seamlessly into one another. Outside, the infinity swimming pool is inviting with the pool terrace surrounding it at the back of the house for privacy with colourful flower beds completing the scene. There is a twin bedroom with en suite shower on the ground floor and another twin bedroom on the first floor with the master double bedroom each with en suite showers and patio doors leading onto balconies. The impressive exterior is reflected in the interior design with elegant greys and whites complemented by splashes of colour with the bold yellow dining chairs and soft blue sofas. The beach is a lovely powdery sand and nearby Spartia village has a choice of local tavernas to try. For a lazy, relaxing holiday in a lovely village house, Anthelia is a great place to wind down and chill out!
