This gorgeous little house enjoys one of the best views you’ll find, a treat at any time of the day, whether from the terrace or the upstairs balcony.

Villa Pelagos is well presented, with attractive traditional furnishings throughout. The views from the house are simply magnificent as the yachts pass by on their way to and from the nearby harbour of Sivota. You’ll find plenty of welcome shade on the covered area of the outside terrace and the beautiful pool is an absolute delight.

Just a short walk down the hill brings you to a delightful rocky platform that’s shared with a handful of neighbouring villas where you can sunbathe or take your evening drinks with you to sit and watch the sun go down. It’s just a 10 minute drive along a track road to Sivota harbour and fishing village with a good selection of seafront restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to choose from. If you feel like exploring further afield, pretty Vassiliki and Poros villages and beaches are to the south and the more cosmopolitan Nidri and Lefkas towns are to north, all easily accessible on wonderfully scenic routes.

Please note that a feature of this villa's elevated position is the infinity pool edge, which offers beautiful views. However, please be mindful of the open drop surroundings and do not stand, sit, or walk along the edge itself. It is recommended that inflatables are not suitable for use in this pool type.
