This pretty house boasts a wonderful seafront location with uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea, especially enjoyed from the pool terraces and upstairs balcony.

Villa Ostria is tastefully presented, with largely traditional furnishings throughout. The views from the house are mesmerising and you’ll relish the sight of the yachts coming and going as they visit the nearby harbour of Sivota. The outside terrace has a large vine covered canopy that’s ideal for keeping out of the sun in the heat of the day and bobbing around in the gorgeous pool is something the whole family will look forward to each day.

Just a short walk down the hill brings you to a delightful rocky platform that’s shared with a handful of neighbouring villas where you can sunbathe or take your evening drinks with you to sit and watch the sun go down. It’s just a 10 minute drive along a track road to Sivota harbour and fishing village with a good selection of seafront restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to choose from. If you feel like exploring further afield, pretty Vassiliki and Poros villages and beaches are to the south and the more cosmopolitan Nidri and Lefkas towns are to north, all easily accessible on wonderfully scenic routes.

This villa is beautifully located for a truly relaxing and enjoyable Greek escape.

Please note that a feature of this villa's elevated position is the infinity pool edge, which offers beautiful views. However, please be mindful of the open drop surroundings and do not stand, sit, or walk along the edge itself. It is recommended that inflatables are not suitable for use in this pool type.
