If you wish to explore the local area, Villa Amalia is situated in Karousades, in the north of the island, just minutes’ drive to the beach and 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Sidari with all its shops, tavernas and nightlife. Alternatively, Acharavi and Roda are 10 minutes away and Kassiopi, the popular resort on the northeast coast, a mere 20-25 minutes’ drive.
