On the first floor are a double and twin bedroom each with a balcony and a separate bathroom, whilst on the lower ground floor next to the pool is a separate annexe ( accessed externally) that has a full living and dining area and kitchen with a double bedroom and shower, perfect for some of the party wanting that extra privacy from the main house, Maroulas is a pretty hamlet, with two tavernas a five minjute walk away, whilst Platanes beach is an hour stroll or ten minute drive with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars to choose from and a further 10 minute drive to marvelous Rethymnon, the narrow cobbled streets a delight to explore.
